We were in dire need of assistance with our solar. We had been having issues with our batteries and the original installer wasn't responding. Dave came out, took a look at our system and offered to help. He was able to get the new batteries installed sooner than expected and resolved a few other issues for us. We are so very thankful for Dave and his crew... they are our HERO'S!

This is an update to a review I posted in October. I had concerns about the communication from Carlson Electric, but since then they have been very communicative and the project is now installed and on line. my updated rating is mostly because the work crew who spent 3 days at our home were fabulous. They were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. We could not have asked for better. They deserve this 5 star rating.

These people are great to work with. Paula is very responsive and their electricians are prompt, do quality work, and communicate well with the customer. I recommend them 100%.

Will definitely be calling this business in the future! We had a power interruption with the rest of the town, however our main breaker decided to retire during said interruption. Carlson Electric came to the house within minutes and replaced the whole panel for an extremely reasonable price, given it was an emergency. Thank you so much again!!
